Madinat Jumeirah Living is a residential complex in the Umm Suqeim district next to the world-famous seven-star Burj Al Arab luxury hotel, which looks like a sail. According to the developer Dubai Properties’ plan the MJL project will be implemented as high-rise buildings with their own infrastructure.

The main advantage of Madinat Jumeirah Living is its successful location in close proximity to the major points of Dubai.
