Dubailand is a large-scale mixed-use development located in the center of Dubai. It is the largest district in the city that hosts some of the most popular and trending residential destinations, such as Arabian Ranches.

According to the latest property market report, Dubailand is considered to be one of the best areas to buy villas and townhouses in Dubai, and shows the highest return on investment of 5.9% for 3-bedroom villas.

The district is also a home to the project of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, a so called “city within a city”. Upon its completion, MBR City in Dubai will a great number of leisure and entertainment facilities, dozens of art galleries and exhibitions, hundreds of luxury hotels and residences to accommodate 35 million visitors annually, and the upcoming The Mall of The World.

Dubailand’s central location gives access to the city’s four major highways: Emirates Road, Dubai Al Ain Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Lehbab Road. The district has no public transport yet but it will in the nearest future. For now, residents should rely on their own transport or a taxi service. From Cherrywoods it takes 25-35 minutes to get to Dubai DXB International Airport or to Al Maktoum DWC Airport. Most of the city’s popular leisure destinations are located within a 30-minute drive, including famous The Palm Jumeirah Island.
