Emaar Beachfront is the large-scale project of a waterfront community in Dubai Harbour by Emaar Properties. The project includes the construction of 27 high-rise buildings that will host approximately 10,000 residential units, including apartments, penthouses and villas.

By 2020, the community consists of 6 different developments, each with its own interior design and amenities. The developments include South Beach, Beach Vista, Marina Vista, Sunrise Bay, Grand Bleu Tower and Beach Isle. Also residents have access to beachfront and the marina.

The mainland of Dubai and Emaar Beachfront are connected with a bridge, which allows the residents to travel easily between the community and nearby areas, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. With a convenient location, residents could enjoy some of Dubai’s best leisure and entertainment destinations, such as Dubai Marina Walk.

The close proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road makes traveling around the city fast and easy. For instance, it takes 15 minutes to get to The Mall of Emirates and to Ibn Battuta Mall. The Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai are located in 25 minutes away from the Emaar Beachfront community.
