Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) is a popular mixed-use district in Dubai that is the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre – DMCC project. The JLT has a free economic zone (also DMCC) within its boundaries, which was voted Best Freehold Zone for the 6th time by the Financial Times fDi Magazine in 2020.

According to the Bayut Market Report 2020, JLT is one of the best areas in Dubai for buying low-cost apartments. The ROI for the area ranges from 7.3%-8% per annum for studios and 1-bedroom apartments, 6.6% for 3-4-bedroom apartments and up to 5.8% per annum for penthouses.
